ACCOMODATION
We have a number of accommodation options and would be grateful if you could indicate your preferred option. All accommodation has been pre-booked so please do not contact them directly, or book elsewhere without speaking to us. Confirmation and payment details will be sent to guests directly.
Glamping TeePee: We expect most of our guests to want to continue the party after mid-night. Most guests will be staying in our field of TeePees. The TeePees come with beds and bedding, so no need to bring anything. We will make sure everyone has a place in a four person TeePee. Please let us know if you have any group preferences on the R.S.V.P. form, or if you would like a private two person TeePee. Estimated cost, four person shared TeePee £90 per person, two person TeePee £140 per person.
King John’s Inn: For guests that are travelling from further afield and would like accommodation for two nights, we suggest this is the best option. Estimated cost, for two nights minimum, c.£200 per double or twin room, per night.
King John’s House: Should you only need to stay one night but would like carriages at mid-night this is likely the best option. Estimated cost, c.£200 per double or twin room, per night.
TRANSPORT
Transport to and from the local train station will be provided, along with shuttles to and from local accommodation. We will provide recommended train times from London closer to the time. There is also ample parking at the venue.
